All prices are in Indian rupees per month and exclude GST. Count the students currently enrolled. Each student gets one login that is shared with their parents, so a school of 500 students needs 500 logins, not 1,000. Staff logins are for teachers and office staff.

Optional extras

Ask us to add any of these to your plan. They are billed together with your plan, per month, and exclude GST.

  • Off-server backup copy

    Included backups cover the database only and are stored on the same server as your school's data. This add-on backs up your uploaded photos and documents, and keeps a copy of your database backups, in a separate place away from your server, so they are safe even if the server is lost.

    Keep 90 days of database backups instead of 14 or 30 days, so an old mistake can still be undone.

    A daily copy of your whole server, so everything can be brought back quickly if the server fails.

How billing and support work

Billing
Monthly in advance by UPI or bank transfer. Paying for a full year saves 10%: Basic ₹17,280, Standard ₹34,560, Plus ₹51,840.
GST
Prices exclude GST. Where GST applies, it is added to your invoice.
Setup
A one-time ₹2,000 covers importing your student list from Excel and a one-hour training session for your staff. Setup is free with any yearly plan.
No lock-in
Cancel with 30 days' notice. On request we give you a full export of your school's data.
If you grow
Going up to 10% over your plan's student limit changes nothing. Beyond that, we move you to the next plan from your next billing date.
Server Support
On WhatsApp, Monday to Friday (Upto one hour per week)
Updates
We improve the system regularly. Planned maintenance happens late at night, after support hours, with advance notice.
Your data
Your school's records belong to your school. We do not share or sell them.

How long does it take to get started?

We import your student list from Excel and train your staff in a one-hour session. Most schools are ready to use it within days.

Who owns our data?

Your school's records belong to your school. We do not share or sell them, and on request we give you a full export.

Can we leave whenever we want?

Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice and take your data with you.

Are backups included?

Yes. Your database is backed up daily and kept for 14 or 30 days depending on your plan. These backups are stored on the same server as your data. Uploaded photos and documents are not part of them. They are backed up only with the off-server backup copy add-on (₹200 a month), which also keeps your database backups away from the server. Longer history is also available as an optional extra.

When is server level support available?

On WhatsApp, Monday to Friday (Upto one hour per week). Planned maintenance happens late at night, with advance notice.
